Responsibilities

  • ● Maintaining gardens, lawns, pathways, car parks, and landscaped areas.
  • ● Operating ride-on mowers, tractors, and a variety of power and hand tools.
  • ● Mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and weed control.
  • ● Removing litter, debris, leaves, grass clippings, and graffiti.
  • ● Inspecting and maintaining grounds equipment and vehicles.
  • ● Ordering and maintaining grounds supplies and equipment.
  • ● Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards.
  • ● Conducting routine inspections of fences, access roads, and outdoor assets.
  • ● Working safely while following all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.

Requirements

  • ● White Card
  • ● Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture.
  • ● Experience operating ride-on mowers and landscaping equipment.
  • ● A strong understanding of safe work practices and hazard awareness.
  • ● Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards.
  • ● The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ● Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • ● A current driver's licence (preferred).
  • ● The ability to obtain any required site clearances or licences.
