Responsibilities
- ● Manage the gatehouse at our Mars site in Bathurst
- ● Interact face to face with contractors, truck drivers and couriers
- ● Ensure compliance to site entry requirements
- ● Maintain and populate spreadsheets
- ● Perform data entry
- ● Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- ● Ensure premises are always secured and safe for staff and visitors
- ● Receipt deliveries
- ● Provide guidance, observe, report, and respond to any incidents
Requirements
- ● Relevant valid security licence for New South Wales
- ● Previous experience managing security duties at a gate house
- ● Understanding of security and CCTV systems
- ● Strong customer service skills
- ● Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- ● Excellent organisational skills
- ● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- ● High attention to detail
- ● Extensive customer service experience
