Responsibilities
- ● Carry out a range of maintenance and renovation works
- ● Complete home renovation and refurbishment projects
- ● Perform interior and exterior painting
- ● Support major NBN upgrade works across village housing
- ● Complete general building maintenance and repairs
- ● Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Requirements
- ● Have demonstrated experience in home renovations and painting
- ● Hold current Working at Heights certification
- ● Hold current Dogman Licence
- ● Hold current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver's Licence
- ● Hold current Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket
- ● Have a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- ● Be able to work independently and as part of a team
