Responsibilities
- ● Assist with food preparation, meal assembly, and service
- ● Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across all kitchen and service areas
- ● Wash, sanitise, and organise kitchen equipment and utensils
- ● Receive, store, and rotate stock while supporting inventory management
- ● Support catering events and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- ● Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food service, or a commercial kitchen
- ● Passion for delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team
- ● Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety practices
- ● Reliable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
- ● Flexible with shifts and willing to learn and grow within the catering industry
