supervise contractor activities from project commencement through to completion and handover. You will ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and agreed project timelines while delivering a seamless experience for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage contractor-led maintenance and improvement projects. Monitor contractor performance against timelines, quality and safety requirements. Oversee all pre-occupancy works and property readiness activities. Conduct inspections and resolve defects before handover. Manage permits for high-risk work activities and ensure compliance. Maintain communication with contractors, tenants, property teams and stakeholders. Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Facilities Maintenance Work Orders (FMWs) and project documentation.
