The role offers end-to-end ownership-from identifying high-value opportunities through to implementation, adoption and measurable business impact. You will work day-to-day embedded in one or more of SEEK's teams, partnering with people across the organisation to understand their needs and improve how work gets done. In this role, you will design and deploy AI-enabled intelligence platforms, workflows and tools that strengthen decision-making and improve productivity across SEEK. Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, this is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll partner with teams across the organisation, including Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering, to solve business problems by building scalable systems, workflows and decision-support tools that improve the speed, quality and consistency of work. What you'll be doing Own the end-to-end delivery of solutions for embedded teams, from opportunity identification and approach development through to implementation, adoption and realised benefits. Build-and partner with others to build-solutions such as intelligence platforms, copilots embedded into ways of working, and agents that orchestrate and automate core processes. Collaborate across Product, Data, Architecture, AI and Engineering to deliver solutions aligned with SEEK's technology patterns and share learnings across the organisation. Build capability and encourage adoption through training, coaching, playbooks, templates, communities of practice and effective operating rhythms. Monitor adoption, quality, productivity and business impact, using these insights to continuously improve AI-enabled workflows and tools.
