• ● Extensive experience designing, building and operating production software systems, APIs or platforms in a cloud environment. Staff-level technical leadership with ownership of architecture, roadmap and platform evolution. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows, plus a track record of improving engineering productivity and quality through AI-enabled practices. Production experience with LLM-powered applications, agents or workflows, including good judgement around guardrails, quality standards and human oversight. Strong architectural judgement across secure coding, CI/CD, testing, observability, incident response and resilience. Proven ability to influence across multiple teams, communicate clearly, and coach others effectively. A strong learning mindset, with curiosity for new technologies and a habit of sharing practical learnings with the wider engineering group.
