About the Role

The Event Vehicle Specialist works with the state (and sometimes national) marketing & sales teams to build and execute an exciting Event Vehicle (EV) program designed to engage local consumers, drive brand and can love. The specialist is responsible for ideation, planning, execution, and reporting of the EV program and related activities, supporting various events, connecting with local communities, and assisting different venues and outlets.

Responsibilities

  • ● Ensure executional excellence of the EV program
  • ● Find new opportunities for EV use that support business functions and align with state and national strategic focuses
  • ● Ensure product availability to drive trial
  • ● Provide feedback on venue and outlet execution
  • ● Support event operations
  • ● Work cross functionally to support Red Bull events with the EV and plan and report on their success in a timely manner
  • ● Plan and liaise with organisers for 3rd party events featuring the EV and provide on site support for the brand
  • ● Keep cold cans at arm's reach for the EV program
  • ● Create an exciting social following for the EV by planning and capturing local images, stories, and activities to build the local face and tell the EV story on managed social channels
  • ● Find new opportunities to excite consumers using the EV, targeting 18 24 year olds in focus playgrounds and audiences
  • ● Be creative and innovative with the EV to spot opportunities and collaborate with cross functional counterparts to realise them in line with state strategy
  • ● Work with cross functional teams on new ideas to surprise consumers with the EV (e.g., athlete projects) and create instagrammable moments
  • ● Manage service schedules for the EV, ensuring all staff have completed necessary training
  • ● Conduct regular vehicle audits to proactively identify and rectify required repairs or servicing needs
  • ● Source a variety of DJs for contractor basis vehicle operations when needed
  • ● Update the state marketing planner with a transparent annual overview of all event and EV commitments to ensure efficient resource allocation

Requirements

  • ● Must have a clean driver's licence
  • ● Exceptional organisation, time management and people management skills
  • ● Ability to adapt to challenging situations and make important decisions quickly
  • ● Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
  • ● DJ experience, comfortable using CDJ 900/2000s and DJM 800 Mixer
