Potters Resorts Five Lakes is the UK's only fully inclusive resort, set within 320 acres of beautiful Essex countryside. We offer our guests a unique short-break experience, combining comfortable accommodation, excellent dining, live entertainment and a wide range of activities. Behind every memorable stay is a friendly and dedicated team working together to deliver the high standards and warm welcome for which Potters is known. At Potters Resorts Five Lakes, every detail matters. Our Housekeeping team plays an essential part in creating the clean, comfortable and welcoming surroundings that make our guests' stays so memorable.
  • ● Potters Resorts Five Lakes, Colchester Road, Tolleshunt Knights, Maldon, Essex, CM9 8HX We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Previous housekeeping experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided. Hours and location 30 hours per week 9am-3pm Working five days out of seven Rotational weekend and bank holiday working Please note that, due to our rural location and lack of public transport, you will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. What you'll be doing: As a Housekeeping Team Member, you'll help ensure our guest accommodation is beautifully prepared and ready to welcome each new arrival. Your responsibilities will include: Cleaning and refreshing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard Making beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces Replenishing towels, toiletries and other guest amenities Responding politely and helpfully to guest requests Reporting any maintenance issues or damaged items Using cleaning products and equipment safely Following our health, safety and hygiene procedures Working closely with your colleagues to complete rooms efficiently and on time Pay: 10.85 - 12.71 per hour (depending on age) Ready to make a difference If you enjoy seeing the results of your hard work and would love to be part of the team behind an exceptional guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.
