About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Qualified Dental Nurse to join our friendly & experienced team at our Occudental practice in Sheffield. This is a part-time role over 4 days, Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- ● Provide compassionate chairside support during a variety of patient treatments and procedures
- ● Prepare and maintain treatment areas
- ● Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
- ● Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort, and build positive relationships
- ● Sterilise and process dental instruments using appropriate sterilization procedures and equipment
- ● Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- ● Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster an inclusive, supportive team atmosphere
- ● Contribute to a patient-focused culture by going above and beyond to ensure positive patient experiences
Requirements
- ● A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration
- ● A positive and empathetic approach, with strong communication skills
- ● A team player who thrives on providing great service and building relationships with colleagues and patients
