About the Role

PortmanDentex, specifically Bankhouse Dental Care in Airdrie, is seeking an experienced General Dentist who is ambitious to lead, grow, and shape a thriving practice. This role offers more than just clinical responsibilities; it's an opportunity to influence the practice's development, improve its commercial performance, and financially benefit from the value and profitability you help create. You will have the freedom to think like an owner, supported by PortmanDentex's resources, allowing you to focus on leading excellent care, developing a high-performing team, and growing the practice. Two pathways are available: Shared Ownership and Practice Clinical Lead. We are looking for a clinician who sees possibilities, is curious about improvements, confident in decision-making, and motivated by success. While leadership experience is a plus, it's not strictly required.
