About the Role

We have an opportunity available for an entry level Accounts Assistant to join our team supporting our ANZ business.

Responsibilities

  • ● Handle account queries and provide customer service.
  • ● Maintain and reconcile customer accounts.
  • ● Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • ● Ensure timely entry of payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances.
  • ● Process and manage cancellations.
  • ● Investigate unresolved issues.
  • ● Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • ● Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • ● Customer service skills - phone and email.
  • ● An understanding of the AR function.
  • ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • ● Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
  • ● Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload.
