Responsibilities

  • ● This is 3 month contract opportunity. Provide hands-on administration and operational support for Jira and Microsoft Fabric environments. Manage user access, roles, permissions, and platform governance. Develop and maintain technical and architectural documentation. Facilitate architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and policies. Support platform optimisation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate solutions effectively. Contribute to technical planning, solution design, and implementation activities. Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and architecture frameworks.
  • ● SFIA Level 4 Technical Specialist capability or equivalent experience. Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Jira and Microsoft Fabric . Strong understanding of platform governance, user management, and operational support. Experience producing technical and architectural documentation. Ability to facilitate architecture reviews and collaborate with enterprise architecture teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Ability to explain architectural concepts and technical solutions to a range of stakeholders. Availability to work from the Brisbane office.
