Responsibilities
- ● + years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure Advanced proficiency with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment and patch management Strong expertise in Active Directory administration, including user management, group policies, and security configurations Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and enterprise IT infrastructure Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks Experience with identity and access management (IAM) principles and best practices Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with disaster recovery planning and business continuity procedures Preferred: Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) related to Windows Server or Active Directory Preferred: Experience with hybrid cloud environments or Azure Active Directory integration
