Responsibilities

  • ● Act as a senior, client-facing technical leader responsible for translating complex government and agency requirements into secure, scalable, and compliant end-to-end data solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • ● Lead end-to-end data solution architecture across data ingestion, storage, processing, analytics, and reporting within GCC/GCC+ environments.
  • ● Translate business and policy requirements into technical architectures aligned with IM8, AIAS, PDPA, and agency security standards.
  • ● Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability).
  • ● Provide architectural governance, design assurance, and technical decision leadership across delivery teams.
  • ● Present solution roadmaps and design options to senior government stakeholders and steer design sign-offs.
  • ● Work closely with project managers, platform architects, and data engineering teams to ensure delivery alignment.

Requirements

  • ● Possess 10+ years in IT, with strong experience in data architecture and solution design.
  • ● Have hands-on knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure GCC), RDBMS, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
  • ● Have a strong understanding of public sector delivery, procurement constraints, and compliance requirements.
  • ● Have excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
