Responsibilities
- ● Identify AI opportunities by deeply understanding client processes, pain points, and strategic objectives across your industry domain
- ● Lead discovery sessions to define the real problem, not just the stated symptom
- ● Create compelling burning platforms that articulate business value, ROI, and transformation potential
- ● Own POC/POV initiatives from scoping through execution, demonstrating tangible value
- ● Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the AI journey
- ● Drive change management, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes - not just code delivery
- ● Work with AI Natives, AI Factory, AI Integration, and AI Institute teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- ● Contribute to industry-specific AI strategies and share insights across the Mission Engineering community
Requirements
- ● Deep knowledge in one or more sectors, including Defence, Homeland Security, Public Service, Central Government, Education, Healthcare, Transport, Telco, Financial Services, or Commercial
- ● Relevant industry experience in consulting, business transformation, solution architecture, or client-facing technology roles
- ● Proven track record of identifying business problems and translating them into technology solutions
- ● Experience leading client engagements from opportunity identification through implementation
- ● Demonstrated ability to influence C-level and senior stakeholders
- ● Background in change management, adoption strategies, or transformation programs is highly valued
- ● Strong conceptual understanding of AI, machine learning
