Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that drive adoption and minimise resistance for IT-related projects.
  • ● Partner with project managers, developers, solution owners, and internal stakeholders to align change activities with project timelines and objectives.
  • ● Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations to identify change risks and opportunities.
  • ● Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans that foster understanding and commitment to new initiatives.
  • ● Support internal clients in embedding new processes and technologies into day-to-day operations.
  • ● Track and measure change adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
  • ● Provide input to project governance and ensure business continuity through transition.
  • ● Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's change management framework and toolkits.
  • ● Stay abreast of emerging technologies, especially in AI and automation, to anticipate change impacts and support related projects.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • ● At least 3 years of experience in change management within IT or digital transformation environments.
  • ● Familiarity with change management frameworks is preferred.
  • ● Exposure to or involvement in AI, analytics, or automation projects is a plus.
  • ● Experience with visual and eDM design is a strong plus.
  • ● Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • ● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • ● Experience supporting internal clients or shared services functions within large organisations is desirable.
