About the Job

This role will be best suited to locals as staff accommodation is not provided. Bring your positive attitude and strong work ethic to our hardworking Housekeeping & Amenities team in this casual role. Your practical skills, eye for detail, and energy will help keep our park, cabins and amenities looking their best. This is a flexible role of approximately 4 hours per shift, with the opportunity to work anywhere from 1 day per week up to 3-4 days per week, depending on your availability and our park's needs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas to ensure the presentation of the property is of a consistent standard.
  • ● Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards
  • ● Linen changes, cleaning of cabins, replenish stock and recording of items in rooms
  • ● Work with a great team, but can also work independently

Requirements

  • ● A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
  • ● Housekeeping experience
  • ● Good time management and an eye for detail
  • ● An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
  • ● Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public/school holidays
  • ● Energy and a vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
  • ● A level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of this role
