About the Role

We're hiring multiple casual team members to join us from September, with staggered start dates over the coming months as we prepare for the busy summer season. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests
  • ● Accurately process orders and handle cashiering responsibilities
  • ● Set up and reset restaurant, function and event spaces as required
  • ● Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all venues
  • ● Ensure buffet areas, dining spaces and service stations are well stocked and guest-ready
  • ● Contribute to a positive team environment and memorable guest experiences

Requirements

  • ● Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce
  • ● Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience
  • ● Barista skills
