About the Role

Your Role You will provide a warm and professional greeting to customers returning vehicles, facilitating a smooth and efficient exit process. You will deliver an exemplary customer experience by responding promptly to customer needs, offering assistance with luggage, or answering questions. You will inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will provide a warm and professional greeting to customers returning vehicles, facilitating a smooth and efficient exit process.
  • ● You will deliver an exemplary customer experience by responding promptly to customer needs, offering assistance with luggage, or answering questions.
  • ● You will inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental.
  • ● You will manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of tasks in the branch.

Requirements

  • ● You thrive on delighting customers, making them feel welcome, and handling every concern with professional care.
  • ● You will have demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • ● You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • ● You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • ● You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.
  • ● You will need a current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
