About the Role

This is a hands-on and detail-oriented role focused on providing exceptional guest experiences and helping guests make holiday memories. You will work in various food and beverage outlets, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • ● Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
  • ● Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
  • ● Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.

Requirements

  • ● Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce.
  • ● Strong bar, cocktail and mixology experience.
  • ● Barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window).
  • ● A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
  • ● Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.
  • ● A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests.
  • ● Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • ● Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion.
  • ● Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • ● Available to work morning and evening shifts, weekends, public and school holidays.
