Responsibilities
- ● Delivering and assisting with guest activities and holiday programs
- ● Supervising pool areas and ensuring a safe environment for guests
- ● Engaging with guests throughout the resort and encouraging participation in activities
- ● Setting up and packing down activity spaces and equipment
- ● Assisting guests with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- ● Creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for guests of all ages
- ● Supporting the wider resort team during busy holiday periods
Requirements
- ● An outgoing, bubbly personality with contagious energy
- ● Confidence working with people of all ages
- ● Ability to run outdoor activities and entertainment for large groups
- ● Cool under pressure and ready for the fast pace of peak periods
- ● Happy to take the spotlight, whether on the mic or joining in the fun
- ● Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of making people smile
- ● Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
- ● Pool Attendants must be 16+ and hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- ● Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- ● Bring the personality; NRMA will handle the training
