About the Job

At NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort, they are looking for multiple Casual Housekeepers to join their team for another busy holiday season. As part of the housekeeping crew, you'll help create the welcoming, spotless spaces that make a guest's holiday experience truly memorable. From preparing cabins and villas for arriving guests to keeping the resort looking its best, you'll play an important role in ensuring every stay starts with a great first impression. This is a perfect opportunity for locals seeking seasonal or ongoing casual work, with rostered hours between 9 am - 3 pm to suit families and life balance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Clean cabins, villas and shared guest facilities.
  • ● Make beds, change linen and refresh rooms for arrivals.
  • ● Vacuum, mop, dust and maintain high presentation standards.
  • ● Clean bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor guest areas.
  • ● Complete mid-stay services and departure cleans.
  • ● Report maintenance, safety or housekeeping concerns.
  • ● Restock amenities and housekeeping supplies.
  • ● Work as part of a supportive team to meet daily cleaning schedules.

Requirements

Education

  • ● Be physically fit and willing to work in a hands-on role.

Skills

  • ● Previous housekeeping, cleaning or accommodation experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • ● Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • ● Demonstrate great attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • ● Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • ● Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods.
  • ● Reliability and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
