About the Role

SIXT Australia is looking for Rental Sales Agents/Vehicle Detailers for a 6 month fixed term role at our Launceston Airport location. In this position you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling rental agreements, tailoring offers, managing bookings, championing our values and maintaining the vehicle fleet while enjoying a generous incentive program and a range of employee benefits.

Responsibilities

  • ● You are the first point of contact for our customers, friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service.
  • ● You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organised and service-oriented approach and always with a smile.
  • ● Make every customer count, every time, by tailoring offers based on our wide variety of available products and fleet.
  • ● Efficiently manage bookings and customer data via our tech platforms with accuracy and care for detail and security.
  • ● Champion SIXT Australia's values and approach to our premium service standards, compliance and operating protocols.
  • ● Clean, inspect and prepare vehicles efficiently to ensure the fleet is always ready and available for rental.

Requirements

  • ● Sales expertise and a passion for providing a premium standard of service.
  • ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to elevating team performance.
  • ● Strong time management and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • ● Systems proficiency and attention to detail, with strong computer literacy and data integrity.
  • ● Flexibility to work during location trading hours, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays.
  • ● Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable but not essential.
  • ● Completion of a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • ● A current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
