• ● For all team members: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distil and present complex issues clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly the ability to address unstructured or ambiguous problems through application of logical and systematic techniques Consulting or advisory experience Excellent relationship building skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse client and internal stakeholders For senior appointments: A strong professional network, proven ability to pursue and win engagements, and to contribute to business growth Proven ability to build and nurture client and team relationships, driving initiatives and achieving strategic goals Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills, with experience guiding and motivating a high-performing team A proven track record of making critical decisions and/or being a trusted advisor to key decision makers Executive-level communication skills including the ability to synthesise complex information in both oral and written formats to inform fast decision making by senior business leaders.
