Responsibilities

We tackle industrial electrical installations, advanced automation systems, and renewable energy solutions.   • ● You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Assist with the administration and support of enterprise technology systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networking equipment, and business applications. Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues through the IT help desk. Support user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, device setup, software installation, and access management. Contribute to technology projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, process improvements, and implementation of new IT solutions. Monitor, maintain, and document IT systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to support operational efficiency and business continuity. Analyze help desk trends and system performance data to identify opportunities for automation, improved user experience, and enhanced IT services. Additional duties as assigned.

Successful candidates typically bring: Ability to work in Goodhue, MN 5 days/week. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments. Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
