Responsibilities

  • ● Involve in R&D, design, implementation, integration, testing and deployment of software application
  • ● Conduct, lead and coordinate a specific application module development activity
  • ● Ensure module developed meets the architecture and standard set forth, including conducting code reviews, unit testing and integration testing and continuous process improvement
  • ● Provide support to internal system users
  • ● Be a key driver in the team by actively collaborating with the team, supporting the development of, and executing the strategy to mature support
  • ● Drive system improvement and operational efficiencies

Requirements

  • ● Must possess a Degree / Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
  • ● At least 2 years' experience in systems design and the implementation of software
  • ● Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, along with back-end skills in PHP and MySQL
  • ● Familiarity with AWS services is also required
  • ● Experience with CodeIgniter, and MVC architecture
  • ● Experience on developing Restful API with XML / JSON
  • ● Good understanding of Agile, SCRUM, SDLC and software design concepts
  • ● Familiarity using AI tools for coding help, documentation, or automation is a plus
  • ● Knowledge in JIRA / Bitbucket / Jenkins / Static Code Security are an advantage
  • ● Understanding security principles & best practices (e.g., OWASP Top Ten) in web application development
  • ● Experience writing unit tests and integration tests (xUnit or similar)
  • ● Strong skills in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
