About the Job
Join Epworth Freemasons at either our Albert Street or Victoria Parade campus in East Melbourne. Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities are available across a diverse range of surgical specialties. You will make an impact by planning, reviewing and implementing patient anaesthetics and recovery care. For you to be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a natural ability to show compassion and empathy towards patients.
Role & Responsibilities
- ● Planning, reviewing and implementing patient anaesthetics and recovery care
- ● Recognising and responding to changing needs of the patient
- ● Applying a safety-first mindset that sees a positive patient experience outcome
Requirements
Experience
- ● Experience in Anaesthetics and PACU
Skills
- ● Current unrestricted AHPRA Nursing registration
- ● Ability to work across a rotating roster of AM, PM and twilight shifts
- ● Broad experience gained across a variety of surgical specialties
Preferred (nice to have)
- ● Postgraduate qualification in perioperative nursing
