About the Role

Ready to step beyond a standard caseload and progress your OT career This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to take the next step in their career, developing and refining their supervision and mentoring skills while shaping the growth of other clinicians. You'll have the chance to share your expertise, support emerging therapists and play a key role in building a strong, high-performing team, all while continuing to advance your own leadership capability.

Responsibilities

  • ● Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • ● Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • ● Innovate and collaborate with a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner, whether dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges

  • ● Experienced Occupational Therapist
