About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen and develop your clinical expertise by providing both assessments and therapeutic interventions to a variety of people between the ages of 6 and 65 years.
Responsibilities
- ● Present both assessment based and therapeutic interventions to pediatrics and/or adults out in the community
- ● Assess participant needs and design appropriate therapy plans
- ● Working with participants with a range of conditions including neurological, ASD and many more
- ● Provide support in the areas of home modifications, equipment prescription including mobility aids, positioning supports, bathroom aids and seating, and assistive technology including self-care, low tech and learning aids
- ● Collaborate with your multidisciplinary team
- ● Celebrate Weekly Wins
- ● Collaborate with your dedicated Clinical Supervisor and attend regular in-services
- ● Report directly to the NDIS
Requirements
- ● Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- ● Clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
- ● Own car and a valid drivers' licence
- ● AHPRA registration
- ● Police Check
- ● Working with Children Check
- ● NDIS Working Screening Check
