About the Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll support customers with accurate parts advice while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the branch. This is a rare opportunity to relocate to Cairns and join a supportive, growing team. Whether you come from automotive, retail, trade, or mechanical backgrounds, we provide training to set you up for success.
Responsibilities
- ● Helping customers identify and source the right parts
- ● Processing sales, orders, and enquiries
- ● Picking, packing, and dispatching parts
- ● Supporting stock control and inventory
- ● Working closely with your team to keep the branch running smoothly
Requirements
- ● Customer service mindset
- ● Interest or experience in automotive, parts, or trades
- ● Strong communication and attention to detail
- ● A hands-on, team-first attitude
Nice to Have
- ● Parts, automotive, or mechanical experience
- ● Exposure to trucks / heavy vehicles
- ● Forklift licence
