About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and identifying the right parts solutions to keep vehicles on the road.
Responsibilities
- ● Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
- ● Provide outstanding service to trade, workshop and fleet customers
- ● Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- ● Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
- ● Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ● Liaise with suppliers, warehouse and branch teams
- ● Assist with stock enquiries and inventory availability
- ● Contribute to branch sales and customer service targets
- ● Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
Requirements
- ● Previous Parts Interpreting experience
- ● Automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industry knowledge
- ● Strong customer service and sales skills
- ● Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- ● Strong attention to detail
- ● Sound computer and administration skills
- ● Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- ● Current driver's licence
- ● Mechanical aptitude or passion for vehicles
