About the Role

Ready to level up your leadership career As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands on role in leading day to day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best. We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Manunda branch. At Burson, you're never just a number-you'll be part of a supportive, close knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Responsibilities

  • ● Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers.
  • ● Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention and development.
  • ● Assist with inventory control.
  • ● Maintain store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures, and OH&S compliance.
  • ● Support the Store Manager.
  • ● Lead and support your team.

Requirements

  • ● Have an ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
  • ● Ideally have experience in the automotive parts sector or related sectors.
  • ● Be able to engage with and motivate team members.
  • ● Be client driven with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
  • ● Have OH&S experience, sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
  • ● Hold a current full driver's license.
