About the Role

Join Townsville Brakeforce Plus as our next Parts Interpreter and become part of a team that values expertise, customer service, and teamwork. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you'll assist customers with their parts needs, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of a well-established business.

Responsibilities

  • ● Assist customers with their parts needs via inbound phone and online sales processing
  • ● Provide in-store customer service
  • ● Order and receipt incoming stock
  • ● Process and pick purchase orders
  • ● Perform showroom merchandising, pricing, and maintenance

Requirements

  • ● Automotive parts experience is highly regarded
  • ● A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
  • ● Exceptional communication skills
  • ● A customer service champion
  • ● Experience or a passion for auto parts
  • ● Well presented
  • ● Great phone manner
  • ● Ability to influence and negotiate
  • ● Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
  • ● Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
