Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable product recommendations
  • ● Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets and performance goals through proactive engagement and follow-up
  • ● Assist with stock management, inventory control, and merchandising to ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing
  • ● Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment that reflects our brand standards
  • ● Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
  • ● Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
  • ● Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment
  • ● Participate in product training and stay informed about our offerings to provide accurate information
  • ● Support promotional activities and special events as needed
  • ● Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices consistently

Requirements

  • ● Strong work ethic and proven organizational skills
  • ● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • ● Basic computer literacy and proficiency with point-of-sale systems (or willingness to learn)
  • ● Demonstrated customer service orientation with a genuine passion for helping others
  • ● Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • ● Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • ● Time management capabilities and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • ● Sales awareness and understanding of basic sales principles
  • ● Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service environments (preferred)
  • ● Familiarity with inventory management systems (preferred)
  • ● Experience meeting and exceeding sales targets (preferred)
  • ● Product knowledge in relevant industry (not essential - we'll train you )
  • ● Certification or training in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)
