About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autobarn. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
  • ● Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
  • ● Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
  • ● Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • ● Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Requirements

  • ● You're hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
  • ● You don't need to be a car expert to join us - just someone who's passionate about people, great service, and teamwork.
  • ● Strong work ethic and organisational skills.
  • ● Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
  • ● A genuine passion for helping customers.
  • ● Basic computer literacy.
  • ● Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
