About the Role
Ready to level up your leadership career As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best. We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Springvale branch. At Burson, you're never just a number-you'll be part of a supportive, close knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.
Responsibilities
- ● Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
- ● Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
- ● Assisting with inventory control
- ● Maintaining store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH & S compliance
- ● Supporting the Store Manager
- ● Leading and supporting your team
Requirements
- ● An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
- ● Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
- ● The ability to engage with, and motivate team members
- ● Client-driven with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
- ● OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
- ● Current full driver's license
