About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Store person to join our Wangara team in a hands-on, fast-paced role. Initially focused on warehouse operations, this position will evolve into a combined warehouse and delivery role, supporting customers through both efficient warehouse operations and local deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • ● Pick, pack and dispatch goods accurately and efficiently.
  • ● Maintain stock control and assist with regular stocktakes.
  • ● Keep shelving and pallet racking organised and clearly labelled.
  • ● Identify and report stock discrepancies.
  • ● Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented warehouse.
  • ● Support general warehouse and branch operations as required.
  • ● Assist with local customer deliveries as required, with the role transitioning to include regular delivery duties in the future.
  • ● Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers during deliveries.

Requirements

  • ● Has a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach.
  • ● Communicates well and enjoys working in a team.
  • ● Is reliable, organised, and takes pride in your work.
  • ● Has a keen interest in the automotive industry.
  • ● Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • ● Is comfortable in a physical, active role.
  • ● Holds a current, valid driver's licence (essential).
  • ● Experience in a warehouse, picking/packing or trade environment is desirable - but not essential.
