About the Role

Autobarn has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and playing a key role in achieving store targets. You don't need to be a car expert or tick every box - they're looking for people who embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.

Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
  • ● Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
  • ● Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
  • ● Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • ● Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

Requirements

  • ● Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred).

  • ● Basic computer literacy.
