About the Job

We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused Branch Manager to lead our branch, strengthen customer partnerships and drive business growth. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing people and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while driving business development and sales growth.
  • ● Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training and performance management.
  • ● Oversee branch operations, including engine assembly outcomes, customer service and financial administration.
  • ● Identify business growth opportunities through market insight, customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
  • ● Ensure compliance with Bapcor safety standards, company policies and Work Health & Safety requirements.
  • ● Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage complex customer enquiries.

Requirements

Education

  • ● Experience within the diesel engine, commercial vehicle, transport, automotive aftermarket or related industries will be highly regarded.

Experience

  • ● Previous leadership experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar role.
  • ● Commercial acumen and experience managing business performance.

Skills

  • ● A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • ● Experience driving business development, sales growth and customer retention.
  • ● Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
  • ● Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
