About the Role

Ready to level up your leadership career As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands-on role in leading day-to-day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best. We're on the lookout for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to support our Blacktown branch. At Burson, you're never just a number-you'll be part of a supportive, close knit team working together to connect our people, our customers, and our business every single day.

Responsibilities

  • ● Handling automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
  • ● Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention and development
  • ● Assisting with inventory control
  • ● Maintaining store standards and adhering to company policies, procedures and OH&S compliance
  • ● Supporting the Store Manager
  • ● Leading and supporting your team

Requirements

  • ● An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
  • ● Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
  • ● The ability to engage with and motivate team members
  • ● Client-driven with strong time management abilities and attention to detail
  • ● OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
  • ● Current full driver's license
