About the Role
This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse operations with local customer deliveries. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right parts at the right time while supporting the day-to-day success of the branch.
Responsibilities
- ● Receive, pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately
- ● Complete local deliveries safely and professionally
- ● Conduct quality checks to ensure the correct parts are supplied
- ● Maintain delivery documentation and warehouse records
- ● Assist with stock organisation and inventory management
- ● Support general warehouse operations
- ● Work collaboratively with branch team members and freight providers
- ● Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace and delivery vehicle
- ● Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Requirements
- ● A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ● Strong customer service and communication skills
- ● Good attention to detail
- ● The ability to undertake physical warehouse duties
- ● A current manual driver's licence (essential)
- ● A strong commitment to workplace safety
- ● A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
- ● Previous warehouse, logistics or delivery driving experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
