About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson to join our experienced and friendly team in Manunda. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast paced, hands on environment. You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.
Responsibilities
- ● Inbound phone & online sales processing
- ● In-store customer service
- ● Order & receipt incoming stock
- ● Process & pick purchase orders
- ● Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Requirements
- ● Exceptional communication skills
- ● A customer service champion
- ● Experience or a passion for auto parts
- ● Well presented
- ● Great phone manner
- ● Ability to influence & negotiate
- ● Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
- ● Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
