About the Role

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Wetherill Park. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Responsibilities

  • ● Inbound phone & online sales processing
  • ● In-store customer service
  • ● Order & receipt incoming stock
  • ● Process & pick purchase orders
  • ● Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Requirements

  • ● Exceptional communication skills
  • ● A customer service champion
  • ● Experience or a passion for auto parts
  • ● Well presented
  • ● Great phone manner
  • ● Ability to influence & negotiate
  • ● Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
  • ● Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
