About the Job

Take your leadership career to the next level with Burson Auto Parts. We're seeking an ambitious Store Manager to lead our busy Cobram branch, driving sales, profitability, and team performance. If you're passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a winning culture, you'll thrive in this dynamic role. In this hands-on role, you'll coach and develop your employees, address performance gaps, and lead with Burson's values at the core. You'll champion Burson programs, inspire your team to get on board, and deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes for your store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration and leadership.
  • ● Manage store inventory, proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and consistently meet customer demand.
  • ● Develop customer relationships and increase sales and branch profitability.
  • ● Manage branch employees - Parts Interpreters, Stores and Delivery Staff.
  • ● Take responsibility for OH and S compliance and ensure safety education is current.
  • ● Perform administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties.
  • ● Work Saturday mornings as required.

Requirements

Education

  • ● Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded.

Certifications

  • ● Current full driver's license.

Experience

  • ● Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector or related sectors.
  • ● People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI's.

Skills

  • ● An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment.
  • ● Customer focused with strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
  • ● OH and S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy.
