About the Job

Our Assistant Store Managers assist in managing day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. They support, coach, and motivate the store team and foster a collaborative work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • ● Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
  • ● Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.
  • ● Thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment while balancing competing priorities.
  • ● Bring our convenience retail strategy to life.
  • ● Be flexible to work weekends and overnights when needed.

Requirements

  • ● Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
  • ● Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
  • ● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • ● Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.
