About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager assists in managing day to day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards, while supporting, coaching, and motivating the store team to create a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.
  • ● Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, placing orders, and keeping the store well stocked and organized.

Requirements
