• ● What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not a requirement) 10+ years of experience related relevant areas of expertise. 5+ years' experience leading a large team. Confident communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to influence senior executives and business leaders. Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward. Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities. CPA Preferred
• ● AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance including: Expected pay range of 170,000 - 190,000 base salary plus annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).
