• ● Are you looking for a role where you can be part of a friendly dental team and make a real difference to patients Maven Dental Belconnen is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team for 2-3 days per week . This is a varied role where you'll have the opportunity to support both our clinical and reception teams , making sure our patients receive a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive.
• ● As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, your role will include a combination of clinical and front-of-house responsibilities, including: Assisting our dentists and clinical team during patient appointments Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for patients Cleaning and maintaining clinical areas and equipment Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries Booking and managing patient appointments Processing payments and assisting with general administration Supporting the wider team with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice Building positive relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits
