About the Role

Ready to Make Smiles Happen Join Maven Dental Booragoon as a Part-Time Dental Assistant We're looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our vibrant team at Maven Dental Booragoon In this permanent part-time role, you'll be hands-on in the clinic, supporting our clinicians and helping create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through our doors. If you're passionate about people and love working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you In this role, you'll work closely with our experienced dentist, supporting a wide variety of treatments to ensure every procedure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • ● Providing chairside assistance across general, surgical and implant procedures
  • ● Supporting IV sedation and surgical treatments
  • ● Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for each appointment
  • ● Maintaining high standards of infection control and sterilisation
  • ● Cleaning, sterilising and preparing instruments and equipment
  • ● Supporting the clinician throughout procedures and helping appointments run efficiently
  • ● Contributing to a calm, professional and welcoming experience for patients

Requirements

  • ● Previous Dental Assistant experience and/or a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or higher
  • ● Experience or confidence assisting with surgical, implant or IV sedation procedures
  • ● Confidence using dental software systems
  • ● Strong communication and organisational skills
  • ● A reliable, positive and team-focused approach
